So get this... We went on this great, scenic 2 hour road-trip to a dry forest / beach area? Who knew a beach and a desert-like place could be in such close proximity to one another. I mean, call me stupid, but a beach is far from dry, right? However, they really do coexist and together they are magical!
I highly recommend paying a visit to the Guánica State Forest.
Just make sure to fill up the gas tank before so you don't have to trek to the beach in fears of running out.. like us.
