rise & shine for a 5:00am wake up call!
(did i mention on 3 hours of sleep?!...)
to head to THE happiest 5k on the planet!

and we're off!!!!
to the first port-a-potty we can find...
although that wasn't quite the finish line it definitely felt like we should have won some sort of medal for not urinating in our pants after holding it in that long...
now it's time to really start the race!
zone red up first. we're going in!
followed by zone yellow, pink, green and blue.
we now know what it feels like to look like elmo, the hulk, big bird and finally a smurf.
crossing the finish line after the 5k / 3.1 miles only meant you survived the run. there was still the after party to get through, which could not be done without becoming MUCH more colorful!
Color Run NYC 2012, you were a blast!
